Ramon Laureano Has Jammed Thumb
6 years agoOakland Athletics manager Bob Melvin said that outfielder Ramon Laureano "has a little bit of a jammed thumb," which is the reason he didn't start on Monday. He'll be back in the lineup on Tuesday after the night off. Mark Canha took Laureano's place in center field on Monday. The defensive whiz has started the season hitting .261 (12-for-46) with two home runs and five RBI, giving him added value in deep mixed leagues because of the fact that he has become the A's everyday starter in center.
