Ramon Laureano Goes Deep Twice Against Mariners
2 years agoOakland Athletics outfielder Ramon Laureano went 2-for-5 with two home runs, two runs scored and four RBI in the team's 8-6 loss to the Seattle Mariners on Thursday evening. Laureano finished the month of June on a good note and hit .255/.320/.436 with three home runs, nine RBI, 11 runs scored and four stolen bases in 25 games in the month. It was nice to see the 27-year-old clear the fences, as he had just one home run in his previous 27 games. As usual, he's more of a threat on the base paths because of his speed. In 47 games for Oakland this season, Laureano is slashing .244/.328/.387 with four home runs, 13 RBI, 22 runs scored and seven stolen bases in 189 plate appearances.
