5 years agoIn light of the situation surrounding Oakland Raiders wide receiver Antonio Brown and his recent request for a release, the team might eventually be able to put him on the reserve/left squad list if he refuses to return. If that were to happen, Brown would be shut down in 2019 and wouldn't be able to play for another organization. The way things are shaping up, Brown won't be on the field for Week 1 on Monday night against the Broncos, and he's unlikely to play for the Raiders at all this season. If you invested an early-round pick in the talented yet outspoken receiver, you're probably beginning to regret it. Tyrell Williams, Hunter Renfrow and Darren Waller will benefit from more targets if Brown sits out the season.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
