Phillip Dorsett II, David Moore To Battle For No. 3 Job
5 years agoSeattle Seahawks wide receivers Phillip Dorsett II and David Moore will battle for the No. 3 wideout job behind Tyler Lockett and D.K. Metcalf in training camp this summer. Dorsett, a former first-round pick of the Colts back in 2015, should have a leg up in this competition, but the 27-year-old has underwhelmed in five seasons in the NFL to this point. He had 29 receptions for 397 yards and a career-high five touchdowns in 14 games (four starts) for a Patriots team in 2019 lacking wideout depth. Moore, a seventh-rounder in 2017, has 43 receptions for 746 yards and seven touchdowns in three seasons (31 games) for Seattle. The winner of this battle won't be very relevant in standard-size fantasy leagues in this run-first offense.
