Paul Richardson Taken Off Week 1 Injury Report
5 years agoWashington Redskins wide receiver Paul Richardson (quadriceps) was taken off the final injury report for Week 1 against the Eagles. Richardson practiced in full all week and will be good to go for the regular season opener. Washington has perhaps the worst receiving corps in the NFL with Richardson, Trey Quinn and Terry McLaurin in three-wide sets. Combine that with a shaky offensive line and a journeyman quarterback in Case Keenum and Richardson isn't very attractive for fantasy purposes, especially PPR leagues. Richardson is also more of a deep threat, which doesn't exactly mesh with Keenum's style of play. A big play or two is possible in a good matchup with Philly, but those in standard-sized leagues should stay away from Richardson.
