Patrick Kane Stays Hot With A Three-Point Effort
3 years agoChicago Blackhawks right wing Patrick Kane continued his prolific month with a three-point effort in Wednesday's 4-2 win over Anaheim as he scored a power-play goal and picked up two assists. He's now recorded 21 points in 10 March outings, upping his tally for the season to 74 points. Kane recorded his 14th 20-goal campaign Wednesday, tying Stan Mikita for most such seasons in franchise history. Among active players, only Alex Ovechkin (17) has recorded more 20-goal seasons than Kane. The former MVP keeps producing the goods on most nights despite his team sitting near the bottom of the Western Conference. The Ducks must be over the moon that they won't have to see Kane again this season after he racked up 10 points in three outings against them.
