Patrice Bergeron Continues His Success Against The Rangers
3 years agoBoston Bruins center Patrice Bergeron scored in a second consecutive game on Friday, notching his eighth marker of the season in a 5-2 loss to the Rangers. Craig Smith opened the scoring and Bergeron put the team 2-1 up but it just wasn't meant to be. The Bruins captain now boasts 23 regular-season goals against the Rangers, which are the fourth-most he's managed against any opposition. Bergeron tied Brad Marchand for the team lead in goal, and he'll head into Sunday's encounter with the Canucks on 18 points.
