Panthers Open To Moving Back In First Round
5 years agoThe Carolina Panthers are among the teams open to sliding back a few spots in the first round if another team wants to trade up in order to select a quarterback, offensive tackle or cornerback inside the top 10, according to sources. The Panthers currently hold the No. 7 overall pick of the first round on Thursday night, and it's beginning to look like there could be several trades of picks inside the top 10 to make things interesting right off the bat. The Panthers are expected to address their defensive line or secondary with their first pick, but they can still do that effectively if they slide back a little.
