Panthers Hope To Have Greg Olsen In Week 6
6 years agoCarolina Panthers tight end Greg Olsen (foot) has a chance to play in Week 6 against the Redskins, according to head coach Ron Rivera, who said "hopefully he'll be ready to roll on Wednesday." Olsen broke his right foot in the season opener and was expected to miss four to five weeks. His foot fracture this year seems to be less severe than the one he suffered in 2017. While Carolina could ease Olsen back into the offense, he immediately becomes one of the better fantasy tight ends in what has become a crapshoot at the position this year. His return will hurt the upside of wideout Devin Funchess and rookie D.J. Moore.
