2 weeks agoChicago Bulls guard Coby White (ankle) is available ahead of Friday's game against the Indiana Pacers. White is back in the mix after missing each of the last two games due to a sprained ankle. The expectation is that he'll have his normal workload given the team said nothing about him being limited. The return of White will probably mean less playing time for Ayo Dosunmu and Dalen Terry in the rotation. Fantasy managers can safely get White back in their lineups ahead of tip-off on Friday.Source: Cody Westerlund
2 weeks agoMilwaukee Bucks forward/center Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee) is ready to face Boston on Friday. Per Eric Nehm of The Athletic, Bucks head coach Doc Rivers has confirmed that Antetokounmpo will play. The former MVP carried a probable tag on the injury report, but that's been a normal sight this season. Antetokounmpo turned 30 on Friday, and we should see a big birthday performance from him. The Celtics easily dismantled Milwaukee in two previous meetings this season, but Antetokounmpo has still posted outstanding numbers in the matchup, averaging 36.5 points, 11.6 rebounds, and 5.5 assists.Source: Eric Nehm
2 weeks agoChicago Bulls guard Lonzo Ball (knee) is available ahead of Friday's game against the Indiana Pacers. As expected, Ball is back in the mix after sitting out of Wednesday's game for rest purposes. The Bulls continue to be cautious with the oft-injured guard. Ball has only been playing minutes in the teens with the team easing him back into action. The expectation is that he'll continue playing around 15-16 minutes on Friday. That being said, Ball isn't going to have strong streaming appeal until he's back to full strength.Source: Cody Westerlund
2 weeks agoOrlando Magic forward Jonathan Isaac (hamstring) has been ruled out ahead of Friday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers. Isaac was a late addition to the injury report due to hamstring soreness. The Magic have decided to take the cautious approach with the oft-injured forward and give him the night off. Isaac wasn't playing a ton of minutes recently, so his absence won't mean too much. Moritz Wagner and Goga Bitadze should split up the extra minutes. Both players have been solid fantasy contributors lately with the Magic shorthanded.Source: Magic PR
2 weeks agoDenver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Washington Wizards due to right hamstring inflammation. Murray has been a key player for the Nuggets, averaging 36.1 minutes per game this season. He's been in solid form lately, contributing both as a scorer and playmaker, with at least six assists in five consecutive games. If Murray is unable to play, Russell Westbrook could see an increased role, and Denver's depth would be tested in his absence. Fantasy managers will want to check back before game time for any updates on his status.Source: NBA Injury Report
2 weeks agoToronto Raptors center Jakob Poeltl (illness) is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Dallas Mavericks. Poeltl missed the Raptors' most recent game due to illness, with Bruno Fernando stepping into the starting lineup in his absence. Poeltl has been impressive this season, averaging 16.0 points and 11.8 rebounds per game. He's also made an impact defensively, contributing 1.1 steals and 1.3 blocks per contest. His return would provide a significant boost for Toronto. Fantasy managers will want to check back closer to game time for an update on his status.Source: NBA Injury Report
2 weeks agoDenver Nuggets forward Aaron Gordon (calf) is listed as probable for Saturday's match-up against the Washington Wizards. Gordon has appeared in three straight contests since returning from a 10-game absence due to a right calf strain and is likely to suit up for a fourth. The 29-year-old has been effective in recent outings, especially on the boards, collecting nine and seven rebounds while scoring 15 and 18 points in his last two games. This season, Gordon is averaging 15.1 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 3.3 assists per contest.Source: NBA Injury Report
2 weeks agoMiami Heat forward Jimmy Butler (knee) is listed as probable for Saturday's game against the Phoenix Suns. Butler recently missed a game due to right knee soreness but returned Wednesday against the Los Angeles Lakers, contributing 17 points, nine rebounds, five assists, two steals, and one block. Despite being back on the injury report, the 35-year-old is expected to suit up. Fantasy managers will hope for a stronger performance this time, as Butler recorded a modest 15 points and seven rebounds in his previous matchup with Phoenix this season.Source: NBA Injury Report
2 weeks agoAtlanta Hawks guard Trae Young (Achilles) will play in Friday's game versus the Los Angeles Lakers. He was listed as probable, so most had already planned on his availability for this one. The 26-year-old hasn't played the best this season, averaging 20.7 points, the second-lowest of his career. He's also shooting a career-low 30.6% from deep. But Young at least has a favorable matchup versus Los Angeles on the horizon, with the Lakers allowing 115.7 points per contest during the 2024-25 campaign.Source: Atlanta Hawks
2 weeks agoNew York Knicks guard Jalen Brunson (back) is dealing with a lower back contusion and is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Detroit Pistons. The 28-year-old has yet to miss a game this season, but his potential absence could open up opportunities for Miles McBride and Tyler Kolek. Brunson has been instrumental for New York, averaging 33.8 minutes and over 25 points per game. Fantasy managers should stay tuned for updates on his availability closer to game time.Source: NBA Injury Report
2 weeks agoUtah Jazz guard Jordan Clarkson (foot) remains sidelined while dealing with plantar fasciitis in his left foot. This will be the sixth consecutive game he's missed with the issue, but he's only been receiving around 26 minutes per contest when he's healthy. While he's out, Collin Sexton (finger) and Keyonte George will continue to see the bulk of the backcourt minutes. Johnny Juzang and Isaiah Collier have seen some minutes off of the bench too, but Sexton and George are the more reliable options. George, in his second season, averages 15.4 points, 5.7 assists, 3.1 rebounds, and 2.6 threes per contest.Source: NBA Injury Report
2 weeks agoUtah Jazz guard Collin Sexton (finger) is officially available for the Friday night matchup against the Portland Trail Blazers. The 25-year-old hasn't missed a single game yet this season and has started in each one except for two in October. He's averaging 16.9 points, 3.2 assists, 2.6 rebounds, 1.8 threes, and 2.5 turnovers per game. Sexton has been a decent contributor in deeper category leagues so far this year and he should continue that level of play with Jordan Clarkson (foot) continuing to miss games.Source: NBA Injury Report
2 weeks agoPortland Trail Blazers guard Scoot Henderson (quad) is dealing with a quad contusion and is considered questionable for the team's Friday night matchup with the Utah Jazz. The second-year point guard has missed the last three consecutive games with the same issue. Unfortunately, he hasn't seen as much playing time as his rookie season, but he has been a solid source of assists in deeper leagues. In place of Henderson, Dalano Banton has seen increased playing time along with the starters seeing more opportunities, such as Shaedon Sharpe and Anfernee Simons.Source: NBA Injury Report
2 weeks agoBoston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum (knee) will suit up on Friday against the Milwaukee Bucks despite originally being listed as questionable. The superstar wing is listed with right patella tendinopathy, but the Celtics usually have a longer injury report when it comes to back-to-backs. Fantasy managers will want to check the injury report again on Saturday in case they give Tatum or Al Horford (toe) some rest. In the meantime, Tatum remains a must-start in all formats.Source: NBA Injury Report
2 weeks agoBoston Celtics center Al Horford (toe) has been upgraded from questionable to available against the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday. Since this is the first half of the team's back-to-back, it's safe to assume that Horford will play Friday and rest on Saturday. Adding to that notion is the fact that Kristaps Porzingis (leg) has been ruled out Friday for injury management, so they'll likely flip-flop. Horford is a solid streamer with Porzingis out as he posted 14 points, four rebounds, three assists, one steal, one block, and four threes in their last game.Source: NBA Injury Report
