The Rays are also a team to watch out for, as they have a deep farm system and want young, controllable players. Thor has three years until he'll become a free agent but is not on a team-friendly contract. The hard-throwing right-hander has made only 32 starts over the last two seasons due to various injuries. The New York Post's Joel Sherman puts the chances of Syndergaard being traded this winter at 45 percent. Thor is one of the most dominant hurlers when healthy, but health is the biggest question surrounding him.
