Orioles Agree To Terms With Tucker Davidson
1 year agoThe Baltimore Orioles agreed to terms on an undisclosed one-year deal with free-agent left-hander Tucker Davidson on Monday. Davidson joined the Orioles this offseason after being claimed off waivers from the Kansas City Royals after he was non-tendered. The 27-year-old southpaw spent the 2023 regular season with the Royals and Los Angeles Angels. In his 38 appearances (one starts) with the Angels and Royals last season, Davidson had a 5.96 ERA (4.27 FIP) and 1.62 WHIP with two saves, 19 walks and a career-high 46 strikeouts in 51 1/3 innings pitched. Davidson has been mediocre in four major-league seasons with a 5.98 ERA (5.09 FIP) and 1.62 WHIP in 125 innings over 55 outings (17 starts).
