Nolan Arenado Removed With Lower Back Tightness
3 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals third baseman Nolan Arenado (back) has been removed from Wednesday's game against the Milwaukee Brewers due to lower back tightness. Paul DeJong entered the game in the fifth inning to replace him. Arenado fell down hard while making an over-the-shoulder catch in the game, but he stayed in after the play. It's unclear whether he sustained his injury during the play or not. We should know more about the severity of his injury after the game. Arenado was 2-for-2 with a double and two RBI before leaving the game.
