Noah Song Moves Rehab To Double-A
1 year agoPhiladelphia Phillies right-hander Noah Song (back), who is currently on the 60-day injured list with a lower-back strain, has moved his minor-league rehab assignment from Single-A Clearwater to Double-A Reading. In four relief appearances for Clearwater, Song allowed just one earned run on four hit while walking five and striking out seven in 4 2/3 innings pitched. The 26-year-old was a Rule 5 selection by the Phillies and has yet to make his major-league debut after debuting in the minors for the Boston Red Sox in 2019, but he could be available as a bullpen reinforcement in the final month of the regular season. Song is well off the fantasy radar for the time being.
