No Structural Damage For Matt Breida
6 years agoSan Francisco 49ers running back Matt Breida's (shoulder) MRI exam showed no structural damage in the shoulder that he injured in the preseason opener on Thursday. The team is hopeful that he can rest up and be ready for Week 1, and he could practice soon without contact. It's great news for the Niners, as Breida is expected to have a role behind Jerick McKinnon in the offense. Breida is a necessary handcuff for those that spend early on McKinnon.
