No Plans To Remove Luke Weaver From Rotation
6 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals general manager John Mozeliak said the team doesn't have any current plans to remove starting pitcher Luke Weaver from the rotation despite his poor form over the last two months. Weaver has gone six innings just three times in 12 starts since May 28 and went just 2 2/3 innings on Wednesday. His ERA has risen to 4.75 and his WHIP currently stands at 1.41. Weaver has upside but should probably be avoided until he can get back on track.
