Nikola Vucevic Ruled Out For Monday's Game
3 years agoChicago Bulls center Nikola Vucevic (hamstring) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers due to a right hamstring strain. The team will be lining up with Tristan Thompson as their starting center. He'll be going up against MVP candidate Joel Embiid. While it's an unenviable position for Thompson to be in, he should be in line to come down with a good amount of rebounds and maybe some blocks as well. The Bulls are extremely shorthanded at center. We may see Tony Bradley come off the bench as Thompson's backup. Bradley has been a DNP as a coach's decision since late February, but the team has few other options to throw at Embiid. Vucevic's next chance to play will be on Wednesday against the Detroit Pistons.
