Nico Collins Setback-Free In His Recovery
1 month agoHouston Texans wide receiver Nico Collins (hamstring), who is currently on Injured Reserve with a hamstring injury, is doing well in his recovery and hasn't had any setbacks, according to sources. Collins will have to miss at least two more games, but there is optimism that his original three- to four-week timetable is on track. The earliest he'll be eligible to come off IR and play will be on Nov. 10 at home in Week 10 against the Detroit Lions. The 25-year-old was among the league's leading receivers at the time of his injury, so he obviously needs to be stashed by all fantasy managers for a couple more weeks. Hopefully Collins can pick up where he left off when he's back after catching 32 of 45 targets for 567 yards and three touchdowns in five games played. For another two weeks, Stefon Diggs and Tank Dell will have higher ceilings with Collins sidelined.
