Nickeil Alexander-Walker Scores Game-High 31 Points
4 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans shooting guard Nickeil Alexander-Walker went for a game-high 31 points in Thursday's 115-110 overtime loss to Orlando, with Zion Williamson (thumb), Brandon Ingram (foot) and Lonzo Ball (hip) all missing the game. Alexander-Walker shot 13-for-24 from the field and had four three-point makes with seven attempts. His line included eight rebounds, three assists, one steal and one block with five turnovers in 39 minutes. The second-year player is quietly having a nice run in the team with Ball missing since Mar. 18. Alexander-Walker is averaging close to 20 points as a starter with 5.7 rebounds and 2.7 assists. He's a nice fantasy asset as long as he's starting. The Pelicans continue their season on Friday versus Atlanta.
