Nick Foles To Start In Week 17
6 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles head coach Doug Pederson said on Monday that quarterback Nick Foles will start in Week 17 against the Redskins. Forget FitzMagic, we're all about the Foles magic. After leading a big upset over the Rams in Week 15, Foles pulled off a huge comeback win at home over the Texans in a must-win game, and he threw for 471 yards and four touchdowns on 49 attempts. Carson Wentz (back) isn't on Injured Reserve and could possibly enter the mix if the Eagles made the playoffs, but the Eagles are understandably riding the hot and healthy hand right now. Foles did take a big hit late in the game against Houston, but he just had the air knocked out of him. He'll have QB1 upside against Washington.
