Nick Foles Suffers Broken Clavicle In Week 1
5 years agoJacksonville Jaguars quarterback Nick Foles (clavicle) suffered a broken left clavicle in the Week 1 loss to the Chiefs. Before exiting, Foles went 5-for-8 for 75 yards and a touchdown. It's a big loss for the Jaguars offense, as Gardner Minshew will be forced to step in as the starting signal-caller for the next six to eight weeks. Minshew looked good, going 22-for-25 for 275 yards, two touchdowns and a pick, but it was also in a blowout in obvious passing situations. The whole Jacksonville offense will take a step back with Minshew at the helm. Foles is a candidate to go on Injured Reserve and return around midseason.
