5 years agoBoston Red Sox first baseman Mitch Moreland (back) will "most likely" be activated from the injured list on Friday for the start of the series against the Rays, according to manager Alex Cora. Moreland should return to starting first base duties against right-handed pitchers. He's hitting only .228 this year but has 13 home runs, 25 runs scored, 34 RBI and even a steal to boot in his 149 at-bats. Those kind of numbers play in most leagues, so look to grab Moreland if he was dropped by his previous owner.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
