5 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Mitch Haniger (testicle) is hoping to take batting practice this weekend. He has been hitting in the cage and taking fly balls daily. Haniger's fantasy owners were hoping for a lot more after his breakout 2018 season, but he's hitting just .220/.314/.463 in his 246 at-bats. He does, however, have 15 home runs, 46 runs, 32 RBI and four steals and still remains useful in all leagues. He's trying to return from a ruptured testicle and could be back shortly after the All-Star break. Mac Williamson should remain relevant in AL-only leagues with everyday playing time until Haniger is ready to return.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
