5 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Mitch Haniger (testicle), who is out indefinitely after rupturing a testicle on June 6, was scheduled to begin "light" activity on Monday, according to manager Scott Servais. Haniger is not swinging a bat yet after undergoing surgery to fix the damage to his testicle. The 28-year-old broke out in 2018 but has been a disappointment to his fantasy owners in 2019 while hitting just .220 (54-for-246) with 81 strikeouts. He has also chipped in a useful 15 home runs, 32 RBI, 46 runs scored and four stolen bases. Mac Williams will continue to see regular playing time with Haniger out, but he's only an AL-only option.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
