Mike Trout Receives Cortisone Injection
6 years agoLos Angeles Angels outfielder Mike Trout (wrist) continues to experience soreness in his right wrist and received a cortisone injection on Monday. He remains day-to-day. However, if he doesn't improve soon, the Angels could be forced to put him on the disabled list. Trout is one of the best all-around players in the game but hasn't played in the last five games after jamming his wrist last Wednesday. Eric Young Jr. continues to play in center field in his absence but isn't worth looking at in fantasy.
