Mike Trout Out Thursday With Wrist Soreness
6 years agoLos Angeles Angels outfielder Mike Trout (wrist) is out of the lineup on Thursday due to wrist soreness. X-rays and an MRI exam showed only inflammation, and he's hoping he can play on Friday against the Indians. The star outfielder jammed his wrist on a slide into third base in the third inning on Wednesday and wound up playing the whole game, so it doesn't appear to be too serious. Make sure you get Trout out of your lineups on Thursday, but be prepared to put him right back in on Friday. Eric Young Jr. is in center field Thursday and is hitting ninth against Rays starter Hunter Wood. Young is a weak DFS option.
