Miguel Rojas Out On Monday
4 months agoLos Angeles Dodgers shortstop Miguel Rojas (forearm) is out of the team's starting lineup for Monday's series opener against the visiting division-rival San Francisco Giants. Right-forearm tightness forced Rojas out of Sunday's series finale against the visiting Boston Red Sox early, and now he'll miss the start of the series against the Gigantes. The 35-year-old veteran should be considered day-to-day for now. With Rojas out, utility man Enrique Hernandez will get the start at the 6 for the Blue and will bat in the nine-hole against Giants left-hander Blake Snell. Not only is Hernandez a poor DFS option at the bottom of the batting order, but he's hit just .091 in his career with a .377 OPS in 11 at-bats against Snell. Hernandez is also hitting just .194 (39-for-201) on the season with six homers and 17 RBI.
