6 years agoNew Orleans Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas (ankle) did not practice on Wednesday. It's not what his fantasy owners or the Saints want to see with the fantasy playoffs starting this week. Thomas is a must-start WR1 anytime he's on the field, and he has a great matchup in Tampa's soft secondary. If he plays, Thomas should bounce back after having just five catches for 40 yards in the Week 13 loss to Dallas. If this injury keeps him out, New Orleans would be down to rookies Tre'Quan Smith and Keith Kirkwood as their top two receivers, which would downgrade quarterback Drew Brees' high-end QB1 upside.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
