6 years agoNew Orleans Saints wide receivers Michael Thomas (shoulder) and Cameron Meredith (knee) were both limited in practice on Wednesday. It's a new injury for Thomas, but one that shouldn't keep him out in a potential shootout with the undefeated Rams in Week 9. He hasn't had double-digit catches or targets since Sept. 23, but that could easily change this weekend. Meredith continues to be eased along in practice after missing all of last year with a knee injury, but he should be fine for Week 9. His role looked to be growing until he failed to register a catch or target in the last two games. Meredith can only go up from here, but he's behind both Thomas and rookie Tre'Quan Smith in the pecking order.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
