6 years agoSan Francisco 49ers running back Matt Breida (ankle) and wide receiver Pierre Garcon (knee) are sitting out of practice on Wednesday, as are left tackle Joe Staley (knee) and cornerback Richard Sherman (calf). It's looking unlikely that Breida and Garcon will play in Week 8 against the Cardinals. With Raheem Mostert playing well in Week 7 when Breida only played five snaps, he'd be a much better flex option than Alfred Morris in a great matchup. If Garcon sits out, Marquise Goodwin would see a bigger workload, along with Trent Taylor and tight end George Kittle. Getting Sherman back this weekend would make the Niners defense much more attractive as a fantasy streamer.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
