Marqise Lee Out For The Season
6 years agoJacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Marqise Lee (knee) will miss the entire 2018 season after suffering a serious knee injury in the third preseason game over the weekend. He will undergo season-ending surgery and will be placed on Injured Reserve, according to head coach Doug Marrone. A source said that Lee suffered ligament damage in his knee. He caught 56 passes for 702 yards and three touchdowns this year and was primed for a bigger role in the offense. With Lee out, the team will lean more on Keelan Cole, Dede Westbrook, Donte Moncrief, rookie DJ Chark and tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins in the passing game.
