Marc-Andre Fleury Makes 26th Start Of The Year
4 years agoVegas Golden Knights goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury is the team's starter for Saturday's rematch against Minnesota. Robin Lehner couldn't save the team from a second consecutive loss when the Wild beat Vegas 3-2 in a shootout on Thursday, and the Flower now has to turn the tide in the matchup. He has lost only eight of his 25 starts this season, but three of them have come in his last four outings. The veteran netminder has coughed up at least three goals in four of his previous five appearances, but Fleury's goals-against average remains strong at 2.14, and he has posted a .924 save percentage with four shutouts. The Knights have yet to lose three on the bounce, so Fleury will be out to avoid an unwanted record.
