5 years agoThe Toronto Blue Jays expect infielder Lourdes Gurriel (quadriceps) to play in rehab games by early next week. The talented 25-year-old has been out since Aug. 10 and should be able to return early next month. He has been attractive in all fantasy leagues while hitting .279/.331/.548 with 19 home runs, 50 runs, 47 RBI and six stolen bases in 294 at-bats this season. Gurriel has been very solid for his owners since returning from an early-season demotion to the minors.
