Logan Thompson Picks Up First Career Shutout
3 years agoVegas Golden Knights goaltender Logan Thompson stayed perfect all night against Seattle on Wednesday and recorded his first career shutout in a 3-0 win. He was tested just 22 times throughout the contest. The 25-year-old has now pulled off three straight victories to improve his record to 6-4-0. Thompson has registered a 2.61 goals-against average with a .920 save percentage. He's done very well, but Robin Lehner (lower body) is on the cusp of returning and was already Thompson's backup on Wednesday, which means that we might not see the Calgary-born goalie much anymore as the Knights continue to battle for a playoff spot.
