Le'Veon Bell Will Sit Out Entire Season
6 years agoPittsburgh Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell will not report to the team by the 4 pm ET deadline on Tuesday and is ineligible to play for the rest of the 2018 season, according to sources. He will become an unrestricted free agent this winter. Bell passed up $14.544 million guaranteed by not signing his franchise tender this year. He's one of the most dynamic running backs in the NFL when he's on the field, but it's quite possible we've already seen the best from him in a Pittsburgh offense that was truly potent with both him and receiver Antonio Brown. James Conner has been a strong RB1 in Bell's absence and will remain so moving forward as long as he gets cleared from his concussion in Week 11.
