6 years agoDallas Cowboys rookie linebacker Leighton Vander Esch (groin) practiced in full on Wednesday and said he is 100 percent healthy. "It feels awesome to be back out there" he said. "Just working on getting back in shape just a little bit." Vander Esch was a first-round pick but may have his snaps limited to open the season.
