Kirill Kaprizov Sets Wild Record With Three-Point Effort
4 years agoMinnesota Wild winger Kirill Kaprizov recorded his third three-point game of the campaign in Wednesday's 8-3 win over Colorado, setting a new franchise rookie record. His eight multi-point outings also mark a new record. Kaprizov had two goals and one assist in the game, getting up to 34 points for the season. The Russian winger is having a very impressive first year in the league, considering that only seven of his points have come on the power play. He has started April with six points in four games. Kaprizov and the Wild now start a three-game set against the Blues, who have struggled lately, giving up 3.25 goals per game in their last eight outings.
