Kevin Durant Serves Up 33 Points In His Comeback Game
3 years agoBrooklyn Nets forward Kevin Durant was back from health and safety protocols Thursday night against the Sixers and went off for 33 points in 38 minutes, shooting 13-for-24 from the field and 3-for-8 from outside. He picked up six rebounds and had four assists with one block and four turnovers. Durant last played on Dec. 16 but it seems like he didn't have any rust on him. The NBA's leading scorer was on fire throughout December, averaging 33.3 points per game. Kyrie Irving's return to action could rattle the cage a bit in Brooklyn, but Durant should still be the head honcho when it comes to getting buckets, and having another creator on the court could actually even give his scoring numbers a boost.
