Kenny Pickett Puts In Full Practice
2 years agoAs Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin promised, rookie quarterback Kenny Pickett (concussion) was a full participant in practice on Wednesday. Pickett remains in the league's concussion protocol, but he's been cleared to fully participate in practice, which is a great sign that he'll be cleared to start in Week 7 against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday Night Football. Before the 24-year-old was knocked out of Sunday's win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, he went 11-for-18 for 67 yards and a touchdown. As long as Pickett gets clearance from an independent neurologist later in the week, he will make the start in Week 7.
