6 years agoToronto Blue Jays closer Ken Giles (illness) threw a successful side session before the game on Tuesday and will be available to pitch. Giles was unavailable on Monday night because he was under the weather, and Joe Biagini filled in for the save. The hard-throwing right-hander has been good for Toronto so far this year, sporting a 2.57 ERA, 1.43 WHIP, four saves and 11 strikeouts in seven innings. If a save situation arises on Tuesday night against Minnesota, Giles should be in there to close it out.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
