Justin Upton Has Knee Tendinitis
6 years agoLos Angeles Angels outfielder Justin Upton is dealing with right patellar tendinitis in his knee and will take it slow in spring training. It's not something that should keep Upton sidelined to begin the year, but it's something to watch when Cactus League games start. The 31-year-old hit .257/.344/.463 with 30 home runs, 85 RBI and eight stolen bases in his first full season with the Halos and is a solid source of power and RBI. His injury this spring might make some owners hesitant to draft him, but Upton should come off the board around the fifth or sixth round.
