Julius Randle Leads All Scorers With 34 Points On Sunday
3 years agoNew York Knicks power forward Julius Randle scored a game-high 34 points in Sunday's loss to the Bulls, shooting 13-for-19 from the field and 7-for-8 at the charity stripe. He hit one of his two shots from deep and grabbed a double-double with 10 rebounds while dropping three dimes with five turnovers in 39 minutes. This was Randle's biggest performance since opening the season with a 35-point effort against Boston. His numbers have dropped across the board this season, with poor efficiency holding back Randle's offensive production. He had shot 40 percent or less from the field in five straight contests prior to Sunday. The 2021 All-Star can star in a revenge game against the Lakers next. He'll be aiming to post back-to-back outings with 50 percent shooting for the first time this season.
