Josh Jacobs Not Expected To Play Against Broncos
5 years agoOakland Raiders rookie running back Josh Jacobs (shoulder), who underwent surgery for a skin infection this week, is not expected to play in Week 17 against the Broncos, according to a source. The impressive rookie will likely end his first season in the NFL with an impressive 1,150 rushing yards and seven touchdowns on 242 carries. He also added 20 receptions for 166 yards. Oakland's ground game is in good hands moving forward if Jacobs can remain healthy. Deandre Washington will have RB2 upside as the primary back this weekend against Denver, with Jalen Richard chipping in on passing downs.
