3 years agoNew York Islanders winger Josh Bailey picked up a power-play assist in Saturday's 3-2 shootout loss to Nashville, extending his point streak to three games. He combined with Mathew Barzal to set up Anthony Beauvillier for the opening goal of the game 14:46 into the first period. Oliver Wahlstrom also produced a power-play goal in the contest, but the Islanders couldn't take their winning streak to three games despite having two leads. Bailey had a very slow start to the season but has now upped his points tally to five. He's currently skating on the first line with Barzal and Anders Lee, while also logging minutes on the second power-play unit.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
