6 years agoCleveland Indians third baseman Jose Ramirez was carted off the field on Sunday in spring action after fouling a pitch off the inside of his left leg in the third inning against the White Sox. The All-Star immediately dropped to the ground and stayed down for several minutes before being joined by the team's medical staff. We'll update you when we find out more about Ramirez's specific injury, but with Opening Day on Thursday, there's a good chance he won't be ready for Opening Day. He's RotoBaller's No. 3 overall fantasy player, so losing Ramirez for any amount of time would be a big blow to the Tribe and his fantasy owners.
