5 years agoHouston Astros second baseman Jose Altuve (hamstring) will start his rehab for Triple-A Round Rock on Sunday. He will also play on Monday and could be activated from the injured list after that, barring any setbacks. Altuve has been out since May 10 but is on the verge of a return. He is hitting .243/.329/.472 with nine home runs, 21 RBI and only one stolen base in 164 plate appearances. While he's not running as much, the power has returned.
