1 year agoToronto Blue Jays closer Jordan Romano (back) said he would be available out of the bullpen on Tuesday against the San Diego Padres, if needed. After taking a couple days off for treatment on his back, he has been feeling much better. Romano felt lower-back tightness during his appearance in the All-Star game a week ago and hasn't pitched for the Blue Jays since, but he could make see his first outing of the second half of the season on Tuesday if the Blue Jays have a save situation arise. Fantasy managers will want to get the 30-year-old back in their starting lineups. Romano is the team's unquestioned ninth-inning guy when healthy, and he has a 2.87 ERA, 1.11 WHIP, 26 saves and 48 strikeouts in 37 2/3 innings.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
