Jordan Poyer Receives Two-Year Extension
5 years agoThe Buffalo Bills agreed to a two-year, $20.5 million contract extension with safety Jordan Poyer on Tuesday, according to a source. Poyer, a seventh-round pick of the Eagles in 2013, has really come into his own the last two years with the Bills. He has exactly 100 combined tackles each of the last two seasons, including 71 solo takedowns, four tackles for loss, two interceptions, three forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries in all 16 games in 2019. Poyer has 11 interceptions over the last three seasons and is a big part of Buffalo's strong secondary. The Bills Defense/special teams should be a top-five fantasy unit in drafts this fall.
