Jordan Howard Could Score a Few Touchdowns This Season
5 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back Jordan Howard could see the end zone many times this season. Set to work as the short-yardage back, Howard won't have the volume to provide consistent fantasy value, but he could have several multi-touchdown weeks. It looks like rookie Miles Sanders will be the lead back with passing game help from Corey Clement and Darren Sproles, but Howard's role seems set as the ground-and-pound guy. In an offense that should score plenty of touchdowns, it stands to reason that quite a few of them could come from one or two yards out. Howard is an excellent best ball and DFS option, but could be risky in standard formats.
