Jonathan Abram Facing 5-6 Month Recovery
5 years agoOakland Raiders rookie safety Jonathan Abram (shoulder) is facing a five- to six-month recovery after undergoing surgery on his shoulder on Thursday. However, the surgery revealed that his labrum wasn't fully torn, just his rotator cuff. Abram is a hard-hitting safety that can really make a difference for Oakland's secondary in the long term, but he'll have a lost rookie season after being selected in the first round of the draft. The Raiders Defense will likely struggle with Patrick Mahomes and the high-flying Kansas City offense coming to town in Week 2. Avoid Oakland's defense in fantasy.
